Possible confusion:
This is the first wife of Joseph Devinald Howell. I found a census record in 1901 that shows that she was 35 in 1901. His second wife, Louisa Florence Tilby took on the name of Elizabeth Evans and is buried under that name in 1937. I am looking for a record of death for the first wife, Elizabeth Evans.
