Anton Georg Muxoll was born in 1697 in Ulsen i Lüneburg, Germany. He must have come to Copenhagen, then we hear about him in some books telling about surgeons:

He practiced in Copenhagen for some years and was named as an 'Amts Chirurgius' (County Chriurgius= surgeon). In 1765/66 he was master of the guild in Copenhagen, but he died in October, 1766. He was mentioned as an distinguished doctor with several pupils. He received his degree from the University in Copenhagen 19. January 1731.

In this book it mentions that he was born in Ulzen in Lüneborg, Germany and studied there with Arnold Ardels in 1720. Then he traveled to Hamburg, and came in 1722 to Copenhagen and studied with Johan v. Aspern, and later with the master of the guild, H. Schütte and studied for half a year with S. Crügers at the Anatomical and Surgeon College. Then he was at the 'Kyrasserregimentet' and received his degree from the medical faculty 19. January 1731. He bought J.S. Neandors County and became master of the county on the 30. March the same year. On 14. October 1765 he became master of the guild but died on the 24. October 1766 in his 69.th. year.
From the church record of his wedding 16. May 1741:
'Mr. Anthon Georg Muxoll County surgeon widower who showed a probate court certificate regarding his deceased wife Sophie Amalie Böhm issued by the corporation in Copenhagen, now been married with virgin Else Margrethe Ehlers after permission from the royal.'
