In the general index for participants in the War of 1812, I have
found cards for the following:
McGarrah, William - 2 Reg't (McWillie's) South Carolina Militia
McGarrah, George - 2 Reg't (McWillie's) South Carolina Militia
McGarrah, Thomas - 3 Reg't (Roulston's) W. Tennessee Militia
Has anyone ordered from NARA either the Service Records or the
Pension Records for any of these individuals, and if so, was there
any information of genealogical value in the records?

William MCGARRAH was born on 1 Jan 1790 at SC. He married Sarah Elizabeth WOLFE on 2 Sep 1832. William was listed as the head of a family on the 1840 Census. William was listed as the head of a family on the 1850 Census at Fayetteville, Washington Co., AR. He died on 3 May 1864 at age 74.
